Boneless Chicken Crown
A full boneless chicken crown (2 breasts) stuffed with Cumberland sausagemeat, wrapped in succulent Cheshire Oak bacon and finished with a little oil, sea salt & black pepper.
Served oven ready, simply cook in the tray for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
Serves 2 adults & 2 children (or 2 hungry adults).
