Lemon & Ginger Spatchcock Chicken


A whole chicken part de-boned, spatchcocked and smothered with a light lemon & ginger marinade.

Ideal for a quick and easy meal, remove film & pop the whole tray into a preheated oven (180 degreees), cook for 40-50 minutes, serve with fresh vegetables and savoury rice or potatoes.
