Minted Lamb Chops
Loin chops are great grilled or fried but we recommend oven baking, roasted chops are succulent and tender with a nice crisp layer of fat.
Seasoned with mint, sea salt and black pepper.
Roast at 180 degrees for 25 minutes (approx)
